Australian bulk spirits
Bulk spirits produced right here in Australia. Depending on the manufacturers, this could mean fermentation, distillation, blending, ageing, spicing, infusing, or other processing techniques to make the spirit unique and ready. Many of them are available continuously, some are special one-offs.

🇦🇺 Australian Rum
Rum distilled in Australia that has been aged in oak barrels for at least two years, some of which five years old or older.

🇦🇺 Australian Whisky - Blended Grain
Blended whiskies that have been fermented, distilled and aged entirely in Australia, either in new or used oak barrels, at least 2 years old, often more.

🇦🇺 Australian Whisky - Single Malt
Single malt whiskies in bulk that have been fermented, distilled and aged entirely in Australia, with a minimum age of two years, often older.
Imported Bulk Spirits
When you do not need to claim "Australian" on your label, imported bulk spirits can often offer greater value-for-money. In some cases, these spirits are not or cannot be produced in Australia (Such as "bourbon" or "tequila", to name a couple). We have access to brandy, cognac, armagnac, corn whisky, Irish whisky, Scotch whisky, Canadian whisky, other whiskies, other rums, cachaça, aged tequilas and agave spirits, gin, vermouth, bitters, neutral spirits from apples, barley, potatoes, rye, as well as spirits that are certified organic, kosher and more... Just ask and we will happily tell you more about your options!

Agave Spirit (Tequila)
Agave spirit (The exact same liquid as tequila without the naming rights) from Mexico. Made from a fermentation mash of at least 51% blue agave, usual ABV 55%.

Brandy
Brandy from various origins including France starting from newmake = eau-de-vie de vin through 2-3 year old to much older iterations and custom finishes

Cognac
Cognac starting from fresh eau-de-vie de vin via the minimum 3 year old aged variety all the way to much older iterations and finishes

Gin
Why offer gin in a country of gins? Well, they are made in other countries as well, so if you need some from abroad for marketing or other reasons, please let us know and we can show you some options

Rum
Rums of various origins, ages and finishes. Note: In Australia, "rum" has to have been aged for at least two years in wooden barrels before you can market it as such. In many other markets, this age minimum does not exist.

Soju (Korea) / Shochu (Japan)
Soju or shochu made in either Korea or Japan. Ideal for RTDs and hard seltzers. Hard to get, we have it.

Tequila Reposado and Añejo
Tequila mixto or agave spirit (Same liquid, different name) that has been aged in ex-bourbon (Or other oak) barrels for at least 6 months ("Reposado") or at least 12 months ("Añejo"). For something extra special and rare, there is also "Extra Añejo", which has been aged for at least 3 years.
Note that 100% blue agave tequila and Mezcal can only be exported from Mexico already bottled - it is prohibited to export these in bulk.

Whisky - Blended Grain
Blended grain whiskies of a variety of origins and ages. Usually contains at least 5% Scotch malt, often available with a higher malt content at a small premium. Ideal for budget-friendly products like canned RTDs, or as a blend component for entry-level bottled SKUs.

Whisky - Blended Malt
Blended malt whiskies from Scotland and elsewhere of a variety ages, mostly 3 years and above. Formerly known as "Vatted Malt Spirit" or "VMS", this designation was phased out by the Scotch Whisky Association (SWA) in 2009 and replaced with the term Blended Malt Whisky.

Whisky - Single Grain
Single grain whiskies from a variety of origins, from newmake to aged

Whisky - Single Malt
Single malt whiskies from a variety of origins, peated or unpeated, minimum 2-3 years old.

Whisky - Newmake distillate - peated or unpeated
Unaged whisky distillate, either unpeated, lightly peated or heavily peated (Up to 80ppm!). Forms the ideal base to age it yourself and/or blend it with your own distillate whiskies to broaden your range.

Bourbon Whiskey
Genuine, undiluted and unflavoured minimum 2 year old Bourbon whiskey from Kentucky or other states in the US. Older iterations may be available on request.

Kentucky Bourbon
Kentucky bourbon from one of the most famous and established producers. Aged for at least two years in virgin oak barrels. Extremely smooth.

Canadian Whiskey
Canadian whiskey of a variety of ages; mainly made from corn, if offers a similar taste and mouthfeel to bourbon, but is even lighter, silkier and smoother = easy to drink.

Irish Whiskey
Irish single or blended grain whiskies of various ages

Scotch Whisky
Either blended malt whisky, single grain whisky or blended grain whisky made in Scotland.
Note that single malt Scotch can only be exported from Scotland as a bottled product - it is prohibited to be exported in bulk.

Bitter
Bitters similar to Aperol or Campari, ideal for use in canned or bottled cocktails

Vermouth
White or red vermouth made in Europe. Do note that this product needs to be shipped in a refrigerated container ("Reefer") to be kept fresh. Ideal for pre-made cocktails.

Neutral alcohol - Organic
Certified organic extra neutral alcohols from sugarcane or wheat (Other raw materials on special request)

Neutral alcohol - Apple
Extra neutral alcohol / spirit made from 100% apples

Neutral alcohol - Barley
Extra neutral alcohol / spirit made from 100% barley

Neutral alcohol - Corn / Maize
Extra neutral alcohol / spirit made from 100% corn

Neutral alcohol - Potato
Extra neutral alcohol / spirit made from 100% potatoes

Neutral alcohol - Rye
Extra neutral alcohol / spirit made from 100% rye

Neutral alcohol - Kosher and Kosher For Passover
Extra neutral alcohol / spirit, certified Kosher or Kosher For Passover (KFP); the latter is very rare as the certification is extremely hard to attain.

Anything else
